Today’s youth sports programs are highly competitive and having an effective training regimen has never been more important. Strength and conditioning is an essential part of a well-rounded program but access and affordability are barriers for many student athletes. Game Plan Sports aims to change that.
“It’s not the will to win that matters – everyone has that. It’s the will to prepare to win that matters.”
We offer customizable, preseason strength and conditioning programs for middle and high school athletes in the Greater Manchester area. Our approach is both functional and research-based. We don’t follow trends. Our strength coaches are certified, and our athletes train to use their body the same way they would use it during competition. We focus on, and develop the qualities that great athletes possess like speed, power and agility. Our approach has been shown to reduce injury, improve athletic performance and long-term development, confidence, and health.
